At Feel Electric all our services are managed and provided digitally and online. Even though we operate our studio locations, our session credits and subscription models are all digital. Because of this, we need to be sure we are delivering our services and our communications to the right person. The way we do this is to ensure that all our customers are registered as account holders on our website.
Your customer account will contain a valid email address, a contact telephone number, and some basic information such as your name and address, much like any other online account service.
Without this account, it is not possible to open a subscription with us, book into our studios for a free trial or attend the studio in any capacity.
