Body Scan - What to do if you have a new phone number

At Feel Electric our Body Scan, Body Composition Analysis Device operates using your phone number as a unique identifier for your account. 

We understand that there are many reasons why a Body Scan member might change their phone number at least once while being a part of the Body Scan programme. This change will cause complications in you seeing your health results. As such, we want to make the process as easy as possible! 

As a result you must follow the process outlined below in order to update us of your change.

Contact Support to raise a ticket at

In your ticket subject line, state that it is a phone number change.

Include and CLEARLY LABEL your Old phone number and your New phone number. 

The Customer Service Agent who responds to your ticket will inform you when the change has happened in the system and your results are able to be shown correctly again.
