Pause / Pausing / Freeze Your Subscription

We operate an EMS Subscription pause ability for all active members at Feel-Electric.com.

Pausing rules:

  1. We require 7 days notice to ensure the correct invoice is suspended for your payment not to process.
  2. Within your initial minimum commitment you can pause your subscription for up to 2 weeks 
  3. Post minimum commitment you can pause your subscription for a further 4 weeks
  4. Once paused
    1. Any appointments booked within the pause period will be cancelled and refunded to you
    2. Access to all studios will be restricted while your subscription is on pause
    3. Renewals due in this period will be paused and resume from the final date of the pause period


In total you can pause your EMS Training subscription for 6 weeks in any given 12 month period.

Payment Methods:

1. Direct Debit Subscription Payments - These can take 3 to 5 working days from the date of your renewal to process and be debited from your back account. If your renewal is due before your pause date your payment will still be processed due to all direct debit payment are collected in arrears. 


2. Debit / Credit Subscription Payments - These payments are usually transacted on the day the renewal is due, if renewal is due on a weekend or bank holiday the payment is still processed on the same day. Your bank may display this on your statement as the next working day. 


NOTICE:

Illness with a doctors note allows longer pauses which require a ticket to be submitted and processed by a member of the Feel-Electric.com customer service team.
