If your payment fails, we will retry it up to 5 times to ensure there was no error before registering the payment as a failure.
Once the payment has failed you will receive an email from our payments address informing you of the failure.
To rectify a failed payment, you simply need to log into your membership account. You will be blocked from accessing your normal services until you provide updated payment information.
Equally, if you attend a session before you have a chance to update your information, a payment will be taken from you before you can do your session by our Personal Training Team on our in-studio card reader.
