I haven’t used the gym, how can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds for unused memberships. If you no longer wish to be a member of Feel Electric, you must cancel your membership following the cancellation FAQ.

Please note, all cancellation requests must be received with a 7 day notice to allow us to halt your next billing date. With less than 7 days notice, payment may still be taken and we are not liable for this.
