Failed Payment / Account on Hold

When your account goes on hold this is usually due to a failed payment and you'll be presented with a message similar to this:

To reactive your account please click the (Confirm Payment Details) button and update your payment details for re-processing. 

Visit: to reactivate your payment method and continue to use your subscription, access the online booking system and health reports.
