At Feel Electric we do offer a call back service from a customer support agent.
To request this, you must raise your ticket at support.feel-electric.com using the request a call form.
In that form you must provide a detailed breakdown of what your issue is, including any dates, times, numbers or evidence you wish to be considered so that the advisor can resolve your issue with you promptly on the phone.
Without the necessary detail, you will receive email contact from a customer support agent within our usual 2 working day policy to request the information regarding your query or complaint.
All calls are recorded for training and monitoring purposes and please have your account's registered email address, telephone number & Street Address ready for the call to answer our customer service data security questions.
If your issue can be resolved based upon the information given in the call request, you may receive an email simply detailing the actions taken on your account for your records.
