Should you wish to cancel your subscription please follow these steps.
You MUST have completed your minimum commitment https://support.feel-electric.com/support/solutions/articles/103000082543-minimum-commitment-subscription-membership
If you have not completed your minimum commitment and raise a cancellation request form, the cancellation may be rejected and you will be responsible for raising a new cancellation form once the minimum term has elapsed. You cannot pre-arrange a cancellation beyond your 7 day notice.
To proceed with the cancellation request following your minimum term completed:

- This will process your cancellation with a 7 day notice period.
- Any unused credits will not be able to be used following the cancellation process.
- We operate a subscription based service and without an active subscription the system will end your account.
- After Submitting your form, you will be prompted to complete an automated journey. Here you may opt to pay the remainder of your minimum term up-front, or opt for a number of different outcomes.
- Your cancellation is NOT complete until you have followed this journey. Submitting the form does not conclude the cancellation process and your account may remain active if you do not follow the above steps to completion.
