Feel Electric operate a subscription based service that bills weekly in exchange for a number of feel electric session credits provided to your account. These session credits are provided for use in the week of payment before the next payment.


If you do not use your credits in a given week they are not eligible for refunds or other conciliatory measures. Per our terms and conditions it is the responsibility of each individual membership holder to administrate their account through booking and utilising session credits. 


Furthermore it is the responsibility of the membership holder to freeze/pause the account through the members area of our website if unforeseen circumstances arise which mean you cannot attend the studio. 


Refunds will not be provided if you miss your regular sessions. Please attend the membership terms and conditions Clause 14 and 17 for more information about your liability and membership obligations.


Example: If you pay for a ticket for a flight to Paris you are able to make alterations to the flight before the actual flight date, and may be able to cancel it before hand without incurring a fee. However, if you miss the flight, it stops becoming eligible for alterations and refunds.
