We want you to get the very best out of your Feel-Electric.com programme and have designed our appointment booking system around the designated rest days throughout the week.
You can attend a every 48 hours from the date and time of your last session.
Our personal trainers deliver two types of EMS Training sessions in our health studios:
- Strength training session - which you can attend every 96 hours / 4 days from your last session
- Metabolic training session - which you can attend every 48 hours / 2 days from your last session
You can choose which session type you'd like to take part in based on the above minimum requirements relating to rest periods.
Examples:
- If you attend a strength training session on a Monday at 9am, you can attend a metabolic session 48 hours after on Wednesday at 9am and again on Friday at 9am for either a strength or metabolic session in a single week.
- If you attend a metabolic training session on a Monday at 9am, you can attend a strength session 48 hours after on Wednesday at 9am and again on Friday at 9am for only metabolic session in a single week.
