High Blood Pressure can cause a number of health issues, especially if left untreated or undiagnosed.

If Untreated, high blood pressure can be inadvertently increased beyond safe levels during exercise and EMS training.

As a result, it is not possible to conduct an EMS session with Untreated High Blood Pressure.

However, if your blood pressure is being medically treated, the baseline level of it should be within acceptable norms already, as a result of this it is possible and even beneficial to attend regular EMS sessions as one of the key treatments for high blood pressure is regular exercise to reduce cholesterol and burn body fat that contributes to increased blood pressure.

Once high blood pressure has been treated, EMS training is an excellent option to help stay on top of your health and wellbeing.
